Liability for Defects<\/h4><p data-start=\"488\" data-end=\"626\">The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects at the time of delivery and have the expected characteristics.<\/p><p data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"683\">The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt.<\/p><h4 data-section-id=\"1x0ik3a\" data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"718\">3. Complaint Procedure<\/h4><p data-start=\"1018\" data-end=\"1097\">After receiving the complaint, the Buyer will be informed about the next steps.<\/p><p data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1194\">The complaint will be processed without undue delay, no later than within the statutory period.<\/p><h4 data-section-id=\"5h7pvp\" data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1231\">5. Resolution of Complaints<\/h4><p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1296\">In the case of a justified complaint, the Buyer is entitled to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1389\"><li data-section-id=\"eiiod1\" data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1321\">repair of the goods<\/li><li data-section-id=\"a1vbfa\" data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1350\">replacement of the goods<\/li><li data-section-id=\"13sc9iy\" data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1376\">a reasonable discount<\/li><li data-section-id=\"a0oft3\" data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1389\">a refund<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1452\">The method of resolution depends on the nature of the defect.<\/p><h4 data-section-id=\"8jxt0w\" data-start=\"1459\" data-end=\"1483\">6.
